These Terms of Service govern your use of the Apple Gambia website and any orders you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order via WhatsApp, phone or in store, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell original phones, tablets and accessories. Product photos, specs and prices are provided in good faith. Stock, colour and configuration availability may change without notice. Final price and availability are confirmed at the time you order.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via WhatsApp, phone or in store. Payment is due before delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and the local payment methods listed at checkout. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it.
4. Delivery
We deliver across The Gambia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Risk passes to you once the device is handed over to you or your nominated recipient.
5. Warranty and returns
Eligible devices carry the manufacturer warranty stated at the time of sale. Devices must be inspected at the point of handover. Returns for manufacturing defects are accepted within the warranty terms; physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repairs are not covered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple Gambia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or our products beyond the price paid for the affected item.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always applies to new orders.
